These terms are the agreement between you and GrowSense when you use our app and website. Please read them. By creating an account or using GrowSense, you agree to them.
You must be an adult (of the age of majority where you live) to hold an account. GrowSense is intended to be used by a parent or legal guardian about a child in their care. By using it you confirm you have the right to enter and manage that child's information.
GrowSense presents population references (such as WHO growth standards) and transparent, literature-based heuristics. These are aids to understanding, not clinical findings. Percentile bands are illustrative and are not a substitute for your clinic's official growth chart. Any decision about your child's health should be made with a qualified professional. You use GrowSense's outputs at your own discretion.

The information you enter — measurements, logs, images, notes — remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and show it back to you and to the people you choose to share it with, so the app can function. We do not claim ownership of your family's data. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled.
GrowSense offers a free tier and a paid tier (GrowSense Premium) with additional features. The price, billing period, and what is included are always shown before you confirm a purchase. Prices vary by country or region, and taxes may apply depending on your location.
Auto-renewing subscriptions purchased in the iOS app. GrowSense Premium is offered in the iOS app as an auto-renewing subscription, currently in a monthly and an annual option. The following terms apply to those purchases:
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own terms, not by us. Requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple issues a refund or revokes a purchase, the corresponding paid access ends.
Activation codes. We sometimes issue codes that grant paid access for a set period. A code is single-use, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a refund, and stops granting access when its period ends. Codes are not available for redemption inside the iOS app.
Price changes. We will give notice of any material change to a recurring price before it takes effect, and where required we will ask you to agree before the new price applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the next renewal.
Deleting your account removes your GrowSense data, but it does not cancel an active App Store subscription — Apple holds that, so it must be cancelled in your Account Settings as described above.
We work to keep GrowSense available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may update, change, or occasionally interrupt the service for maintenance or improvements. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowSense is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, nor for decisions made in reliance on its educational outputs. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for a child's safety where the law provides protection.
You can stop using GrowSense and delete your account at any time from Account & settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use GrowSense after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the GrowSense service operator. Where you have mandatory consumer protections under your local law, those continue to apply to you.
