Terms of Service

GrowSense is an educational tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Growth projections, bone-age estimates, percentile bands, and readiness scores are informational and should be discussed with a qualified pediatrician or endocrinologist. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in GrowSense.

1. Who can use GrowSense

You must be an adult (of the age of majority where you live) to hold an account. GrowSense is intended to be used by a parent or legal guardian about a child in their care. By using it you confirm you have the right to enter and manage that child's information.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information so that calculations are meaningful.
• Tell us at contact@growsense.life if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Not medical advice

GrowSense presents population references (such as WHO growth standards) and transparent, literature-based heuristics. These are aids to understanding, not clinical findings. Percentile bands are illustrative and are not a substitute for your clinic's official growth chart. Any decision about your child's health should be made with a qualified professional. You use GrowSense's outputs at your own discretion.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use GrowSense for anyone you are not authorized to care for.
• Attempt to access other users' data, probe our security, or disrupt the service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written agreement.

5. Your content

The information you enter — measurements, logs, images, notes — remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and show it back to you and to the people you choose to share it with, so the app can function. We do not claim ownership of your family's data. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

6. Plans and payments

GrowSense offers a free tier and paid tiers with additional features. Where paid plans or redemption codes are available, the price, billing period, and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location. If a plan is billed on a recurring basis, you can cancel to stop future charges; unless stated otherwise, past charges are non-refundable. We will give notice of any material price change.

7. Availability

We work to keep GrowSense available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may update, change, or occasionally interrupt the service for maintenance or improvements. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowSense is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, nor for decisions made in reliance on its educational outputs. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for a child's safety where the law provides protection.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using GrowSense and delete your account at any time from Account & settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use GrowSense after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the GrowSense service operator. Where you have mandatory consumer protections under your local law, those continue to apply to you.
